IHVN CEO Urges Students to Pursue Excellence

The Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of Human Virology Nigeria (IHVN), Dr. Patrick Dakum, has urged student leaders to pursue excellence in learning, character and service. Dr. Dakum said this when Presidents of Student Union Governments of tertiary institutions in Plateau State paid him a courtesy visit in Abuja.
